NCRI Informatics Platform Implementation Plan

This document describes how the NCRI Strategic Framework for the Development of Cancer Research Informatics in the UK can be implemented through the combination of an Informatics Platform alongside a programme to support cultural change and training. A phased plan of activities for the initiative and wider cancer community has been developed in consultation with the Informatics Task Force and by discussion with many stakeholders from the cancer research community. This has resulted in the development of a detailed Implementation Plan of many inter-related activities that commenced in January 2007. This Implementation Plan is regularly reviewed and updated.
