Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines
Poster abstract submissions are invited in any area of cancer informatics
research including services for people with cancer, population science,
basic biological research, clinical research and computer science
and should be no more than 500 words. Please ensure that you state
the primary topic areas of your abstract using 3 keywords.
The Informatics Coordination Unit will review all abstract submissions.
Successful submissions will be notified by the 1st June 2007. If successful,
you will be issued with a board reference for the purposes of displaying
your poster at the event. This reference will be given to you in advance
of the conference. The maximum display area for each poster will be
95cm x 90cm, therefore your produced work must fit within these areas.
Poster authors are required to attend the scheduled Poster sessions,
staying with their poster so that they can discuss their work with
conference attendees.
Poster Prize
All posters will be included in our Poster Prize Competition and certificates
will be awarded for 2 highly commended posters and 1 winning poster.
Full details will be sent to all poster presenters closer to the
event.
