London Genetics

This project aims to bring genetic services into clinical trial activity within a commercial framework across several disease areas. The project will:

1. Start to gather standardised clinical data on outcomes, including toxicity profile and efficacy from both trial and non-trial patients

2. Develop standardised patient information sheets and consent forms on cancer pharmaco-genetics for use both in clinical trials, and for cancer patients treated out-with a clinical trial

3. Start to pioneer the analysis and integration of clinical outcome data, tumour biological data, and inherited genetic variation in the same patient, and then analysis of similarities and differences across patients.
