Progenetix
Progenetix is a database of cytogenetic abnormalities in cancer. It collects information about changes in the chromosome and genetic composition of cancer and leukaemia cases. It consists of a compilation of published data from Comparative Genome Hybridization (CGH), array CGH and matrix CGH experiments as well as from some studies using Metaphase analysis (Giemsa banding, SKY, MFISH).
